I'll talk about the mortgage pre-approval process, searching for the right home, the contract process, what happens in an inspection, getting to the closing table and moving into your new home.
Getting Approved for a Mortgage
All of my Buyers get Pre-Approved for a mortgage if they are obtaining a loan. This is the first thing to focus on! It is essential to know how much you quality for (borrow) before we start looking at homes. This allows me to show you only the homes in your price range, so we aren't wasting valuable time. There are numerous types of loans available and it's best to explore your options.
Searching for a Home
Most buyers these days are well informed before they even contact an agent. I want you to be as informed as possible. I'll speak with you regarding your wish list and help you find the properties that fit best. I'll listen to your comments as we move through the process and make adjustments when needed.
Going to Contract
One of the most critical parts of this process is going to contract on the home you love. My expert experience in contract writing and negotiation skills will work in your favor. I'll represent you in a professional manner every step of the way.
Why is a home inspection important? Who will you call and what items will you inspect? What happens if the report reveals a problem? Can you ask the Seller to make repairs? I'll guide you through the in's and out's of a professional inspection.
Your contract will always have deadlines to adhere to. I'll clearly lay out your timelines and keep track of what needs to be done and when.
The Closing Process
Getting to the closing table means you are almost done with the purchase of your home. I'll work with your preferred lender and closing attorney to ensure a smooth and successful closing.
